First days with Owen!

Over the past five days the Tschetter family has been fortunate enough to have so much support from friends and family. Carson has barely had a chance to even notice that Owen is around. He has all of his grandparents giving him attention. To make this weekend even better for Carson is the fact that he received a gift from his parents and grandparents... a playground in the back yard. All 3 of his grandpas pitched in to set up the set and Dad of course. This weekend on Saturday I was even fortunate enough to make it to a friend's wedding reception! (only for about an hour though) Unfortunately I accidentally deleted some photos from Saturday:( So I don't have the wedding pics. Libby even had time with two kids to make us dinner for Friday night! I would just like to take this opportunity to thank all of you for being here to support Matt, Carson, and I. Now we have the next week and a half to explore what it is like to be a family of four! I will try to keep you posted.

Owen Michael is born!

OWEN MICHAEL ~ 5/23/07 , 4AM ~ 7lbs 15oz ~ 20 1/2in

Here are some of the photos of Owens first 24 hours with us! Carson is AMAZING and LOVES baby Owen! I could not be happier with all of my BOYS! The laboring took longer than everyone thought but I just pushed 3 times and he was out! All of the family is doing wonderful. Owen is a great eater and already looks bigger than when he was born! I will keep you posted, with many more pictures!

Mother's Day

I hope all of you Moms had as good of a Mother's Day as I did! My Mother came up to spend some time with us over the weekend and it was so great to have her here:) After she left Matt and Carson took me golfing!! I did not know how well I would do, but turns out having a 7lb baby in my belly actually improved my game! (not that it was any good to begin with) As you can see Carson really enjoyed the golf cart and flags on the green! Matt also gave Carson a lesson on the stethescope! Carson thinks that the sound of Owen's heartbeat in the Dr's office is a Choo Choo Train!
